As we discussed, it is a petroleum oil distillation facility located in the United Arab Emirates to process 10,000 metric tons per month of petroleum oils.
The facility consists of fully automated batch distillation columns with a DCS control system with a 100% repetition rate. All utility systems such as compressor, nitrogen plants, thermal fluid system, cooling towers, and loading/unloading facility are used with a measuring sledge to allow accurate loading/unloading of quantities from the control room, weight bridge, and fire control systems.
We have a modern laboratory facility that covers almost all types of testing required for petroleum products. Soon, we'll be able to use our lab facility commercially for external customers as well.

The plant is designed and built so that it can process different types of raw materials depending on the availability of raw materials and the demand for the product.
The plant can process the following raw materials:
• Condensed oil for the production of naphtha, kerosene and gas oil
• Crude oil for the production of naphtha, kerosene, gas oil and fuel oil
• Kerosene to produce white spirit
• Diesel to produce highly viscous mineral oils
• Heavy aromatics to produce different aromatic solvents
• Naphtha to obtain special boiling solvents
• Non-aromatic raw materials for the production of fragrance-free solvents
